*Standard Installation – $157 per customer – if our technicians are in your neighborhood doing an installation and you sign up while we are in the area, the installation fee is reduced to $97.
*Basic modem/router is free for Basic or Premium plans – upgrade is $6 per month for the premium modem; additional units for Mesh are $3 per month for the basic equipment and $6 for the upgraded units…
*Optional VIP Support Plan – $35 per month – covers technician support to the service location on nights and weekends. While VIP support is available to all, it is typically used by customers whose 24-hour connectivity is mission critical. (requires a 24 month contract)
*Customers who request weekend or night service will be charged $130 per technician per service call – then $130 per hour for service after the first ½ hour. Regardless of whether the problem is network or customer premise related.
*Other services including bridging additional buildings on the property or running ethernet lines through the house will be quoted and billed separately (can be added to monthly bill). Minimum charge of $130 to arrive at service location, thereafter billed per hour at $130 (2 technicians). The $130 on-site arrival fee can be applied to the final invoice (cost for time of travel will be factored in).
